HP Proliant Server DL 380 Gen9 - Smart Array controller failed
If the Smart array controller gets failed or not responding , Please follow below options:
1.Power down the server and wait for 20 sec and power on.
2.Login to ILO and check the logs.
3.Try to update the firmware using HP Service pack - Latest one.
4.Remove the controller from the server and check the server status.
5.Connect the controller in another slot if it available and see whether it is working.
6.If above options are not working, then needs to replace with another controller to confirm the hardware issue.
