Lenovo SD350 Frequent Reboot

If the server getting continuous reboot, Please perform below:

1.Power Down the server and clear the CMOS settings.
2.Try to login the IMM and find the Event logs, any parts failures.
3.Remove all the components except one processor [P1] and One ram [ Mandatory socket- as per motherboard manual].
4.If the server stops reboot after a minimal components then there might be issue with another components. Try to change another ram continuously to find which ram having issue. 
5.If the server again gets reboot, remove the current processor and ram and install another processor on P1 socket and install another ram.
6.If still keeps rebooting , then replace mother to proceed further.
